Working as an integral part of your existing IT support process or as a stand-alone entity, our team works around the clock to minimise the downtime of your digital media equipment. Pixel’s dedicated, multilingual technical support team provides our in-house help desk service, accepting inbound telephone and emails from clients, as well as API based tickets. We proactively take care of equipment, monitoring its uptime and health and are on hand as much as you need us, whether it’s Monday to Friday or 24/7.

Our support and client service teams are trained to manage all types of digital content across the various CMS platforms we support. We can act as your primary scheduling resource or as a second-line backup to an internal team, allowing the rapid implementation of content scheduling requests to any SLA required.
