Silent sales reps at KIA car show
We worked with South Korean automotive manufacturer KIA to develop an online tool to integrate “silent sales reps” at the Brussels Expo Motor Show.
the challenge
KIA was looking for a partner who could not only provide short-term rental of commercial interactive tablets, but also ensure that content displayed could be adapted in real time in case of the last-minute changes that are commonly needed at events.
Our Approach
We provided the tablets that were set up on special floorstands next to 20 KIA cars, and developed the interactive content that would be displayed to customers. Each tablet had to display the correct product information for each vehicle, including the model details and accessory options, along with the correct price information, depending on hundreds of potential configurations. Whether it be for private, professional leasing or renting, the content had to be adaptable to suit display legislation for car financing models.
The Outcome
We developed an online database so that last-minute adjustments entered by the client to the content, prices or percentages could be made immediately and displayed in real time on the screens, this meant that the content on display at the motor show was legally compliant and accurate, allowing customers to get all the details they needed from the digital touch points.
