What we did for Screwfix
Screwfix, the UK’s largest trade tools retailer, wanted to enhance the experience for its busy customers. We integrated a range of advanced interactive digital media with the client’s legacy stock and transactional systems to create a sleek, modern in-store experience.
Our solutions included touch screen order points, allowing customers to quickly search for products, view details and assemble their order from available stock, before finishing their transaction at the customer service counter. This improvement increased the peak throughput of each store and ensured customers were only ever presented with merchandise that was immediately available. As part of the same project, we also created click and collect kiosks, allowing customers to check-in to a store with their credit or debit card and retrieve online orders for collection.
