Hackett Limited is a British multi-channel retailer of clothing for men and boys, with a broad range of apparel and accessories.
the challenge
We’d been providing digital media solutions, including small and large format LCD, custom LED and Projection walls to Hackett since 2016. In 2019 Hackett asked us to look at bringing a range of existing legacy displays across the world under one managed service.
Our Approach
With stores across the world and a range of equipment already in place, our goal was to ensure that we achieved the migration of their estate to our centrally managed content management platform and remote support service, without any disruption to their store operations. We planned in the migration of 60 international locations, bringing the existing digital assets under our support banner with each on-site attendance.
The Outcome
With all sites now visible to us and supported on-site with our international engineering capability, we’re able to provide Hackett with a one-stop-shop for all of their digital media marketing requirements.
